Ann Barbara (Szybiak) Bash

Mrs. Ann Barbara (Szybiak) Bash age 60, devoted and loving wife of Robert Bash of Salem, died at home unexpectedly Tuesday morning.

A lifelong resident of Salem, she was born in Salem the daughter of the late Leo and Emilia (Pszenny) Szybiak. Mrs. Bash had attended St. John the Baptist Elementary School and was graduated from Bishop Fenwick High School.

Mrs. Bash enjoyed her home, was an accomplished chef, and was passionate about her pets and the welfare of all animals.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a sister Christina Bash and her husband Edward of Salem; her sister Doris Szybiak of Salem; two nieces Teegan Von Burn of Salem and Wheaton Hinchion of Peabody and a great niece Emerson Hinchion of Peabody.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 6:00 PM in the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal ST ( Cor of North St) Salem. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Northeast Animal Shelter 347 Highland Avenue, Salem, MA 01970.
